IITM is located in a state-of-the-art campus in Dubai Knowledge Village, on the 2nd floor of Block 14. Facilities located within the block include:

	tutorial rooms
	computer labs
	conference halls
	meeting rooms
	auditorium
	multimedia library

Students also have access to the Dubai Knowledge Village (KV) food court, recreational facilities. Inter-collegiate competitions and cultural programmes take place off campus.
