Career Counseling
 

We all get to a stage in our lives where we need to decide which path is the best for us. Some of us are still in the process of becoming graduates and some of us are new graduates. We at IITM can assist you in this process, whether you are exploring careers, looking for experience during your college years with internships, or seeking full-time employment after graduation.

 

IITM molds its students to fit into the career world by firstly providing internships during the summer months whereby you can practically put into use all the theory and skills you’ve learnt. Some of the companies where internships are available are banks such as HSBC and Standard Chartered, Sidat Hyder Management Consultancy, AC Nielsen, etc.

 

Once you graduate we help you in finding full time jobs to give you a head start in your career. There will be also be various career related activities during the course of the year such as seminars regarding good c v writing skills and good interview ethics, career counseling and also a career fair.

Position- Marketing Manager

Works in conjunction with: Senior Management Team, Marketing Teams, Production Teams, Sponsorship & Sales Teams

As the Marketing Manager, you will be a highly motivated direct marketer who combines strong analytical skills with a commitment to creative marketing. You will have complete bottom-line responsibility for creating marketing plans for our conferences that combine direct mail, Internet, email, fax and integrated marketing. You will be responsible for forging relationships with external partners whilst also focusing on liaison with other related internal departments such as database research, sponsorship and telesales. This position will report directly to the Marketing Director for the Dubai office.

Key Goals:

·         Detailed response analysis

·         Conducting list research and selection

·         Forging strategic marketing partnerships with associations, publications and research organizations

·         Creating innovative marketing plans utilizing direct mail, Internet, e-mail, fax

·         Creating budgets

1- Financial Analyst
Job Profile- Reporting to the Manager - Planning & Performance Management

Function and responsibilities-
- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, half and yearly performance
reports with critical business analysis to support management decisions.
- Overall assistance in the Planning and Performance Management Dept with
respect to reports, analysis and presentation to management.
- Initiate & arrange regular sales meetings to estimate and update the
sales funnel, sales forecasts, margin analysis, performance and sales team
profitability.
Requirements-
The ideal candidate should have advanced proficiency in MS  Excel, strong
analytical  and decision making acumen, attention to detail and the ability
to work effectively under pressure.  Fluency in English, written and verbal
is essential.
Qualification- CIMA and MBA in Finance
Experience- Minimum one year in a role where extensive financial
analysis and decision making activity was performed.

2- Credit Control coordinator

 Profile- Day to day follow up with customer for prompt collection of
receivable, assisting credit control team in sending invoices, statement of
account, collecting cheques and related work.

 Requirement- A female with a good command over English, Commerce
graduate. Speaking and  written knowledge of Arabic will be an advantage
but not must.


3- Account Manager - Medium and enterprise (AUH)
 Requirement-

Candidate must have 1-3 years experience in selling computing solutions to
medium and enterprise customers in Abu Dhabi and Dubai. Applicant should be
self-motivated, team player, dynamic having demonstrable initiative,
leadership and business development skills.

Functions and responsibilities-

Track record of closing deals and achieving organization's
target with maximum customer satisfaction.

Computer knowledge

Excellent communication skills,

Fluency in English is essential

4- Exchange Engineer
We have a requirement for MS Exchange/Hardware Servers/Blades/SAN
